Jester Kittycorns
They're tiny sentient toys, all equiped with their own music box somewhere in their cotton-filled bodies.
Each of them has a winding key, hidden seamlessly in their design. It's their greatest treasure and their most valuable posesion, as if lost, they could potentially be doomed to an eternal slumber, unable to wind themselves (or be winded) up again.
This key does not wind the box. Instead, they can choose to turn it on and off at will as another means for comunication.
Whether they talk or not it's up to you
They do not need to eat nor sleep.
Some believe they could be cursed children, whose shape has changed. Others believe they're toys possessed by stray spirits instead.

I'd define them as a "semi-closed" one. More than a "species" it's simply a concept I might make a series of adoptables on, all of them using the same basic design principle and traits.
They come from a series of sketches I did while trying to redesign my undersona, lutka. Their (vague and little) lore is also based on the base idea I had for them. I believe these might be designs others enjoy, but whose concept is so unbelievably common it makes no sense to call them "closed species".
As such, if you like them, you're free to mimic this specific execution and use the base lore to create your own "kittycorn" or, if you'd like (I'd very much appreciate it) buy one of the available adoptables below.
In exchange, I ask only ask the following:
* Secondly, I want to make sure my work does not become linked with horrible ideas.
* And mostly, I want to make sure that nobody that chooses to create their own lil spirit kitty clown without buying an adoptable can be accused of plagiarism or their design being "ilegal". The easiest way to avoid this situation is if you tell me in advance and I add you to this list of people you can then refer others back to.

Very little. All you need to keep in mind is:
- Always a kitty below
- Mask and inner wire skeleton (Felicornu murrina) or plushie face and body (Felicornu tela) is up to you!
- Fluffy manes
- Big saggy jester clothes!
- At least one horn, any shape and position
- Remember to hide their winding key somewhere!
