PLANET NOX

First planet from the center of the Omnus system. Homeworld of the Numian and Lulsus sentient species. Have no trade relations with any other planets, and most sentients on the surface are wildly aggressve toward other inhabited planets - typically attempting to invade for resource collection, base establishment, and mutation experiments.

Nox has one single biome due to terrestrial destruction caused by the Numians: bleak, scorchingly hot acid pools. These acid pools are extremely dangerous to any offworlders, and emit high levels of radiation and noxious gases that the Lulsus and Numians both feed on. Temperatures remain solidly extreme on both sides, with the suns-facing side beamed with violent heat and the space-facing side frozen solid (aside from the acid pools) during the night. Nox has no observable seasonal shifts.
