Located southwest of all major Nethercow settlements, Istillor floats in the sky above the ocean. Accessible only via air or Angel Obsidian, the town is home only to the Angels. Due to the winds that pass through the island, the Angels use wind turbines to generate energy as well as for decoration and holidays. Alongside the island, there is a small floating ocean where the Angels swim, fish, and use for cultural traditions. Angels also can and do live outside of Istillor within Nethercow settlements, though it isn't very common. Istillor is also a home base for Angels who live on their servers the majority of the time, and serves for both as the location they can receive healthcare at.

The architecture and structures on Istillor is inspired by greek architecture and focuses on using the natural clay from the island while embracing the mild weather. Houses will often have windows without glass to enjoy the breeze and will decorate their walls with handmade tiles and embedded sea glass. Roofs are painted bright colours and have small wind turbines, while streets are decorated with potted plants, trees and string flags.
