1. What is your favorite art piece you made this year?Â
probably this one! i just really like the vibes of this piece, although the background could be a little better defined lol
2. What is your favorite design you made this year?
for a feral design, this one
and for human designs, probably this one! I really like how it turned out!
3. Which design or piece do you feel was *most* out of your comfort zone this year?
idk, but maybe this one, just because i don't normally draw monster-like creatures^^ i do still like how it turned out though :D
4. How many pieces of yours were personal art or vent art?
a lot of pieces were personal art because i tend to spoil my newer characters, but i don't think i did any vent art this year ^_^
5. Show your first piece of 2022 and last piece of 2022 (so far) and compare them!

and last piece :D (not actually the last piece, but since the actual last piece was a human, i just went with this one because i thought it would be easier to compare lol)
i somewhat managed to get a handle on shading for the second one, and my art style also changed a lot over the course of a year :DD
6. What do your chibis look like?
big heads+paws, and sometimes bigger eyes as well, here's an example :]
7. Piece you are least proud of! (what do you like/dislike about it, what is left desired, etc?)
there's a ton that I hate, but here's one of them. i like the idea and what i was trying to go for, but i think the overall composition and mood of the piece is just off, and the lighting/shading looks wonky and sort of unnatural.
8. Name some inspirations that shaped or inspired your work throughout this year!
literally every single person i follow, as well as like all the webtoon artists of webtoons i follow lol
9. Whats the most unusual species/creature you drew (opt: show it !!)
excluding the drawing on #3, probably this little dude!Â
10. Which piece has the craziest colors!! (CW if needed)
possibly this one, just because the characters' designs are already really bright lol
11. Do you feel your art has improved since the beginning of 2022?
at least a little bit (hopefully), and i can actually look at some pieces i've done this year and be proud of them :D
12. What are your art-related goals/resolutions for 2023?
hopefully get better at rendering/painterly styles and backgrounds, as well as work on humans and improving my design abilities!
also anatomy and lineart and eyes and work on my same face syndrome and figure out color theory and develop a thousand more art styles, and so on and so forth lol
a definite resolution though would be to get better at painting landscapes and backgrounds
