DESIGN RULES
➸ You may not resell an adopt for more than it's original worth unless additional personal or commissioned art is added. Gift/free art does not count. Art trade worth does.
➸ I allow light editing of an adopt, such as colors or patterns so long as it is recognizable, but the OG design must be on the profile somewhere.
➸ Do not create "children" or "parent" characters based off my designs.
➸ Co-Owning adopts is okay by me, but I must know at the time of purchase or be notified in some way. I will not solve co-own disputes.
➸ You may not create duplicate profiles of my designs.
➸ Do not claim my designs as your own work.
➸ My designs may not be used in hateful ways.
➸ You must pay for commercial use to use my designs commercially. DM to discuss a cost.
COMMISSIONS & CUSTOMS
➸ I will always announce commission / custom slot openings via bulletin.
➸ If my comms are not open, I can still be bribed to take on a commission.
➸ Please allow up to 2 months to receive your commission maximum unless notified otherwise, I am a college student and have real life responsibilities.
➸ I will not reclaim ownership of a design once it is sold. After that, you'll have to decide how to care for them.
➸ Refusal to pay for a design or general rejection of a design allows me to repurpose the design however I please.
➸ I allow changes to be made throughout the custom process with 1 free redo. After that a redo will cost half the price of the original custom.
➸ I have the right to decline any commissions or customs I find to be uncomfortable.
OUR ART
➸ All of my adopts are made with unique lines, I do not use bases unless specified.
➸ Do not heavily reference my artwork. Minor referencing is okay.
➸ Color picking my designs is okay, I don't own a color palette, just make sure to differentiate the actual designs enough.
➸ Do not claim my artwork as your own and please properly credit me.
➸ I will not draw NSFW content for any of my commissions.
➸ If there is any concerns about my artwork or designs feel free to let me know and I will remedy it.
➸ My work will only be posted via Toyhouse, Deviantart, Discord, Instagram, or Twitter. If it's seen elsewhere, it is stolen.
PAYMENTS
➸ I accept payment via USD PayPal, Cashapp, Ko-fi, or Venmo.
➸ Holds and payment plans are allowed, but must be specified at time of purchase.
➸ If you fail to keep up on payments with no notice, I will not refund you and the design will be put back up for sale.
➸ I accept payments via Goods and Services or invoices only.
➸ I do not do refunds unless I deem I cannot finish a commission.
➸ All adopts will be transferred within 24 hours. If you do not reply, they will go to someone else
