alever is a longform writing project focusing on young adults with "superpowers/abilities" in a parallel au of our world. briy bocquelet functions as protagonist and primary narrator, it is mostly his story. this is a project that slides back and forth from a grittier sci-fi type of thing to a surrealist piece about agency and divinity, it really depends on how i'm feeling. "alever" is the evil boarding school everyone's sent to. big on family relationships and examining trauma. idk! enjoy
