Payment:

USD via PayPal or through ko-fi. Payments are due upfront for any order.

Works in progress and Changes:

It is your responsibility to provide me the details that I will need to do a successful job prior to payment! Please be as thorough as possible and provide me with references if available. First 2 revisions are free.

Programmer:

By commissioning me, you’re purchasing my programming labor only. I retain all copyrights over my work, which include, but are not limited to: the right to distribute, reproduce or use the image of the layout as a sample for sales/self-promotion, unless otherwise agreed upon. If you have a deadline/time constraint, please inform me prior to payment. I have the right to refuse orders.

Client:

All templates/layouts are for personal/private use only, meaning that it cannot be used for any profit/commercial purposes (it should not appear on any product that is sold). Give proper credit when reposting/using it for another purpose. You may not claim the templates/layouts to be your own, edit or set them up for redistribution. Neither should you use it for external projects unless agreed upon.

Refunds policy:

No refunds.
