To avoid confusion for adopts or commissions here’s my tos! Please take a look at it before buying ocs or commissioning me :3

If you don’t pay a hold, payment, plan, etc, this will get you a warning! Please be 100% sure before buying 

^ also if you suddenly decide to trade an oc I’m doing art for without telling me 😭 (please don’t do this)

Warnings: !
After 2 warnings you will be blacklisted (can be temporary or permanent depending on what tos term was broken)

This will both be for commissions aswell as adopts (if u have any questions feel free to ask) 

I take euro for my own adopts! For others adopts I take usd unless they’ve sold it in euros 

PayPal only!

None of my art/adopts come with commercial use unless I’ve allowed it/we discussed it beforehand 

Adopts:

If you scam me or do a chargeback without my knowledge/without giving me the design back I will revoke the design, aswell as make a beware on you

If u falsely bid or ab you’ll be blacklisted

If there’s no reply within 24 hours when I accept ur offer, the oc will go back ufo (I'll remind u tho) 

If I don't get a reply at all within 3 days you'll be warned (please say beforehand when ur bidding/ab'ing that ur replies might be delayed)

You're free to make any changes AS LONG As it still has some recognition to the old design 

Don't remove my credit even if you redesign them 

People without a Toyhouse account aren't allowed to own my designs, please only trade/sell my designs to people with th accounts 

Please don't hide my adopts from me, I'd like to keep track of them from time to time

Holds are available but please be sure you can pay (Holds for adopts that are between 5-15$  are allowed up to 1 week, anything higher the hold can be extended)  

Ur free to resell the oc even if you've received them in a trade (look at the og log or ask me if ur unsure) 

Don't resell for higher unless art is added 

Doing art for ocs:

(It gets a sub section because I often do art in exchange for ocs hehe)

I only do trades like these were I’ll finish the sketch and the person who I’m trading with sends the oc over after approving the sketch (payment after sketch) 

OR

I’ll finish the art piece but it will be watermarked until the oc is sent over (Payment after the piece is finished but with watermarks)

Money commissions:

Payment is always after sketch, I might make an exception if ur a returning customer or close to me but otherwise it's always after the sketches are shown

You're free to ask for updates whenever, just please not every single day :') I'll update you asap

You're free to ask for any changes but the limit of changes I'll do on a piece is 5 (this doesn't count in small changes, I'm talking abou major changes) 

I have alot to do with school besides art so my commissions can take up to multiple months to finish depending on how much commissioned art there is and if I'm busy with school (usually it is finished within 1 month/1-2 months but it can take longer!)

You're free to make any changes to a custom as long as it stays a little bit recognizable to the old oc 

Please don't remove my credit if you redesign customs 

I use all my commissions as examples and usually post them, if that makes you uncomfortable please inform me beforehand

General info that isn’t as important:

I block back out of comfort, I also block if ur problematic 

If I think you’ve been blocked unfairly dm me on a different platform or second account (I’m always open to resolve things)
