Terms of Service

1. I have the right to refuse or cancel a Commission for any reason, with or without explanation.
   (See Refund section for more info on cancellation)
2. The client has the right to cancel a Commission for any reason, with or without explanation.
   (See Refund section for more info on cancellation)
3. Payment is to be made after the approval of the sketch.
   Payment is to be made via my Artistree or PayPal. Preferable my Artistree if possible.
   Payment via PayPal is to be made only in USD (United States Dollar).
4. I have the right to upload the Artwork(s) I have created to any/all social media for personal/non-commercial use.
   The client has a right to specify that they wish to remain anonymous when the commission is posted.
5. The client is not allowed to repost any Commissions, Requests, or otherwise to any social medias without permission.
   You must ask permission to repost my Artwork to your social media(s). I have the right to accept, or refuse for any reasons.
   You can post character Artwork to Toyhouse as long as it is my watermarked copy, with the proper credit/a link back.
   I will provide a watermarked copy for you for Toyhouse, or for reposting on other social media(s) (if permission is granted to repost on other social media(s))
6. The client is not allowed to sell my Artwork for a profit, or any other means that involve real or fake currencies, or etc.
7. Do not ask me to draw in different styles. You are Commissioning me for My style.
8. I do not work with deadlines or rush orders unless specified otherwise.
   Do not ask for an ETA for your Commission. I work when I can, setting a deadline for myself will only cause me stress and to possibly rush the Artwork.
9. I will be sending you a WIP of the sketch phase for any redraws / minor changes. If you want WIPs of the inking / coloring / shading stages, you must let me know beforehand. But please note that doing so will cause me to work slower on your piece as I have to wait for your response.
10. I do not work on a "First come, first serve" basis. Smaller Commissions may be worked on in between bigger/other Commissions
11. Regarding redraws/revisions. I will only do minor redraw, such as adjusting the pose/idea, of the sketch phase once, and only during the sketch phase.

Refunds

1. If the client cancels their Commission for any reason, they will be given a refund up to the amount of work I have done.
   The client will receive a 50% refund if in the lineart stage. And will receive no files of the commission.
2. If I cancel the Commission for any reason, you will receive a full refund along with a .png file of your commission of the progress that I made.
