TOS for any art I make. Please read thoroughly before asking, commissioning art, or using my bases. Any breaking of these will result in a block or blacklist.
Can!
- Credit my art (always mandatory)
- Create fanart of any of my characters
- Create edits with my art
- Use art I have made for you for your profiles
- Take subtle inspiration from any of my art/designs
- Ask for requests (it is rare I will fulfill them)
- Ask for art trades
- Ask for commissions
Cannot!
- Claim my art as your own
- Trace my art, even in private
- Use my art in merchandise (unless art is specifically made for that purpose and paid for)
- Use my art to propagate hateful content (homophobia, transphobia, racism, sexism, ableism, antisemitism, etc…)
- Use my art to propagate problematic content (Pedophilla, zoophilla, etc…)
- I do not and will never consent to having my art filtered through AI
Character TOS
My character TOS! Please read thoroughly before asking, offering, or buying a design of mine. Breaking any of these rules can result in either a block or a ban.
Can!
- Redesign, change the name, gender, personality, and backstory of a character at will.
- PLEASE only take my designs if you plan on using them in some way. I do not want them sitting in a TH somewhere.
- Use for SFW roleplay
- Draw, write, roleplay or commission gore for a character
- Give away, retrace or resell for the proper price
- Though not mandatory, I would appreciate if I was alerted in a change of ownership!
- Alert me if someone is breaking my TOS
- Ask questions if you are unsure about something!
- Offer on any character in any folder (though it is unlikely you’ll get them)
Cannot!
- Write, draw, commission, or roleplay NSFW
- Inflate the price of any designs unless extra art is added
- Use a design to promote hateful speech or content (homophobia, transphobia, fatphobia, ableism racism, antisemitism, etc…)
- Use a design to promote or engage in problematic content (pedophilla, zoophila, etc…)
- Delete a character off Toyhouse
- Private a character without asking first
- Remove my watermark/credits
- Claim you made a design
- Heavily reference or rip-off a design
- Color-pick a design
- I do not and will never consent to having my designs filtered into AI
