- don't claim the design/art as your own creation

- you can change the design however you'd like, but please don't separate the new version from the old one or replace my designer credits unless it's completely unrecognizable

- feel free to edit my original art, but keep a copy of the original version that you can share with the new owner if you part with the design (i delete files regularly)

- don't use my designs for hateful or harmful content (pedophilia, nazi stuff, homophobia, etc)

- you can resell, trade, regift, etc... you can resell for higher (within reason) if you made or bought it more art

- if purchased from me, all sales are final; i don't do refunds, sorry!

that's all! i'm usually pretty forgiving, but depending on the severity, offenders might get blocked &/or put up on a private blacklist (which means i won't do any sort of business with ya anymore).
