01. General Rules

• DO NOT copy/steal/clone my design/art(s).
• DO NOT remove my watermark from my art.
• Please keep your unwatermarked files safe.
• Credit me as the designer/artist, unglydumb. (Either my dA, TH or IG)
• You're NOT allowed to ask for a refund under any circumstances unless I offer to do so.
• You're allowed to turn my adopts into closed species.
• Ask for my permission first before editing any of my adopts.

02. Payment

| ★ FLATSALE | 

• PayPal only (unless stated otherwise).
• Payment must be made within 48hrs.
• Holds can be discussed but please do not back out after that.

| ★ AUCTION |

• DO NOT back out/ghost after winning the auction.
• Only offer what you have and can. Serious bidders only!
• Payment must be made within 48 hrs.
• Holds/payment plan can be discussed but please do not back out after that.

| ★ OTA |

• Offers I will consider are: Money (PayPal), Art, and/or Adoptables.
• You may cancel or hide your offer before the closing time but please do not back out after I closed and chose you.
• I can decide to extend the OTA or close without choosing someone if I do not like any of the offers.

^{03. Ownership and Worth}

| ★ GENERAL RULES |

• DO NOT harass the design's owner to sell, trade or gift the design to you.
• DO NOT resell/voucher/trade/gift my designs to blacklisted users.
• Vouchers are allowed. (Offering to pay for something else in exchange to trade/3-way trade)
• You may co-own my design with someone else but preferably with someone you know.
• Commercial use is OK (except if it's a CS) but please discuss with me first for additional commercial fees.

| ★ RESELLING |

• Please ONLY resell/voucher the design for it's original worth UNLESS there is commissioned works.
• If resold for lower, the value will change to that.

| ★ TRADING |

• You MAY NOT resell a design you got through a trade (unless you have new commissioned work but the money value is just that)
• Trading a $250 character for a $30 character DOES NOT make the $30 character into a $250 character. Keep that for your own log but it should not affect the actual value.

| ★ GIFTING |

• You're allowed to re-gift a design to someone. However, their value will be $0.
• You MAY NOT resell gifted design(s) (unless there's new commissioned works and you've received consent to sell the design from the gifter).
• You MAY NOT trade gifted design(s) (unless you've received consent from the gifter). 
• Otherwise, you may only re-gift the design(s).

| ★ RAFFLED DESIGN(S) |

• Raffled designs have a value of $0.
• You MAY NOT resell the raffled design (unless they have commissioned works).
• You may trade the raffled design.
• Otherwise, you may re-gift the raffled design. (When gifted to someone else, refer to the GIFTING rules)..

^{04. Re-Designing/Editing}

• You're allowed to re-design any of my designs after I've granted permission (but not my art).
• If it's a cs design, cs re-designing rules will overrule mine but I retain the right to not edit my art.
• Depending on your request, I may edit my design for you. (free ~ small fee)

05. Rule Breaking and Blacklist

| ★ RULE BREAKING |

• Breaking these rules will result to being blacklisted.
• You're not allowed to ask or beg to be removed from the blacklist under any circumstances (unless there's a misunderstanding, feel free to msg me).
• If a blacklisted user got caught buying one of my designs after getting blacklisted, the character will be given back to the previous owner with or without refund depending on the situation.
• If one got caught by selling or giving a blacklisted user one of my designs, they will be messaged regarding the situation and the status of said person. If no action is taken on the situation, or if there is no will/desire to remedy, said user will be blacklisted as well for not respecting the blacklist.

| ★ BLACKLIST |
Names listed here have either violated my terms or have a PSA. You are NOT ALLOWED to trade, sell and gift my designs to the following:

• mangopipsqueak / sarina - PSA: violated original creator's T.O.S after skyrocketing their design's worth. They also refused to cooperate after private consultation.
• TEK / TEC9 / GODLIKE - PSA , TW: school sh**ter ment. & other generally disturbing things (fascism, n*zis, child k*dnappers, death/gore)
• ATOM / NSA / EAT / awooga / toxicspit / coldcyanide / taffers / nukacult / Hatelust / ATOM#6961 - PSA , TW: p*dophilia, n*zism/anti-semitism, r*cism, r*pe mention
• NOSTALQUIC / DEADRADIOTV / Inkglitter - PSA, TW: Grooming, p*deophilia
• Bunni / TheStevieBoy / HunniBunii / KiraKiraBunni - PSA: Friend (not in the psa) has personal experience with them
• Kizu / KizunaYui / KizunaYuiStudios / Kizuna Yui / きずなゆい - PSA: Friend (not in the psa) has personal experience with them
• Phazed_ / Miles /Phazebutt / phazedd - PSA, TW: pornography of underaged characters (both written and drawn), non-con/r*pe, lewd themes and situations.
