- All designs are credited to mithra on toyhouse (never credited to off-site accounts) and must be kept on toyhouse.
> Do not sell/trade/gift my designs outside of toyhouse ; if you need a toyhouse code, i am happy to provide.
> Do not delete my designs off toyhouse

- You are not allowed to use my art or designs in relation to any form of blockchain-related technology, NFTS, or crypocurrency for any reason

- You can edit a design freely, just keep the original file in the gallery (hidden/etc) ; do not whitewash my designs.

- You're allowed to turn one-off designs into a CS design ; no need to dm me for permission

- Do not upsell my designs for more than they are worth
> Sell for what you paid for (commissions and personal art OK! ; gift/trade art does not count)

- Commercial-usage of my designs is NOT included in their initial worth and MUST be discussed with me
> there is a one-time double charge for commercial-use on designs (ex: $40 design + $40 commercial fee = $80 total)
> for designs received from a trade directly from me, it will be a $15 fee.
> designs with commercial-use will have a special note on their ownership ( example )
> Please note that commercial-use is ONLY for the design, and not for my art (separate discussion / fees) .

- Please only offer if you are 100% sure you have payment ready/etc, ghosting after 48hrs of initial acceptance will result in blacklist and being blocked.
> Please avoid backing out of offers, if you really need to please just let me know or edit your comment instead of deleting or being unresponsive.

- All design sales are final ; filing chargebacks will result in the character design being revoked + put into blacklist

- BLACKLIST
> THESE PEOPLE ARE NOT ALLOWED TO OBTAIN MY DESIGNS OR COMMISSION ME.
> do not trade, resell, or gift them any of my designs or commission something for them.
> if they already own design(s) by me, it will not be voided/revoked but attempts of getting more is prohibited.
> if you want to be removed from blacklist, you are free to contact me but this does not secure that you will be removed 100%.
