For Adopt you buy from me
- Payment (in USD) by Paypal
- No Refunds after purchases.
- Keep the credit, don't take it as your design. All images drawn for the character must be credited by the rightful artist.
- Only ask to buy or bid auction when you really want to buy and do not withdraw, that avoids wasting both parties' time.
- If you need hold or need more time to get enough money just let me know and i will give you time. I won't bite you, just don't "seen" me.
- If you ask to buy my adopt but there is a legitimate reason why you can't buy anymore, please let me know. Just don't say excuses like "I'm not interested anymore" when you asked to buy it a few minutes ago.
- You can be resold, traded or gift to others my design.
- You can resell for a higher price than the original price you bought from me. But you should limit yourself a bit, I can't stop you from doing this and I know everyone needs money in an emergency.
- You can resell plus commission and your own paintings (your paintings also have value too)
- If you get my design through free raffle or as a gift, you can sell (or trade) it back to others when you really need the money.
- You can change the design a bit if you want. But don't change too much, I will be sad because I also like my design too :(
- You can change the gender, detail, info or give them story after after you bought adopt from me.
- You can use my design for whatever you want, like for games, for roleplay,...
- You can create other versions of my designs, like humaniod version, monster version... and you can do NSFW for them too, I dont mind that
NEW RULE - COMMERCIAL USE* - Edit on January 1, 2024
- Purchases require an extra flat fee for commercial use if you wish to profit off of the design. The price will be x3 of the purchased adoption price. For example, with a $50 design, the price will be x3 and add another $150, so in total you will have to pay $200 to me ($50 original value and $150 commercial fee). Please contact me if you wish to pay the extra fee, and I will update your character's permissions under the ownership section.
However, if you are part of a large corporation, for example, an established video game company, I require royalties of 10-20% of future sales. (This does not apply to small creators/indie artists.)
NEW RULE - Added on February 28th, 2022
- You cannot use my arts for commercial use, like merch or game making. If you want to do commercial from my design, you can draw new pictures to make merch for sale.
- If you want to use my arts commercially, you can contact me to discuss further. Or you can use my paintings in commercial if you order commission from me and have discussed with me in advance.
- If you want to buy the character's copyrights to get 100% full rights of that character, please DM to negotiate with me. But usually the price will not be cheap.
- You can edit my adopt artworks, but please always keep the original images, and give full credit.
- If you purchase my designs in Closed Species, you must comply with the T.O.S of those Closed Species.
- I accept Payment Plans, as long as you pay me 1/3 or 1/4 of the first payment. I will keep and only transfer the design to you when I receive the full amount.
- You can reference my designs, but don't copy the same or steal it.
- Don't use any of my pictures or designs for NFT or sell for NFT. I dont support NFT.

I don't have a TOS for Commission now because I rarely open commissions. I think it's enough if everyone to give credit to my arts :D
I dont do the blacklist, I just dont like to do it so I really hope you don't break my TOS, my TOS has also been very easy for many people, I don't want to make it too difficult xp

Does this rule mean if someone buys an adopt design from you, that they are not actually buying the character/design but Rather a license to use the character/design
Or Does it just mean buying the copyrights would bypass/cancel out your T.O.S. Fully or to some degree?
I’m asking since I’m interested in one of your adopts but I’m not comfortable buying them if I’m just buying the license to use them and I don’t actually own the character

Well actually this is a bit confusing with a little hard to explain, this tos is I created to sell to people who want to buy the character completely to turn that character into a public figure (like putting it in the game to make a profit). Then they don't need to label me as creadit anymore, like I do the design for them and give 100% of the rights to use the character and then I have nothing to do with the character anymore. Then they can make things, toys, games and everything based on that character to make a profit. And yes when buying copyright you can cancel 100% of my TOS.
Where else is normal if you buy without buying copyright, you will also have a lot of rights, so I suggest this idea to you. As I still can't use the characters you bought, you are free to use them like to write stories, roles, make games (without profit). But you are not allowed to make a profit from the characters I sell you, if you want to make a profit then you should buy the franchise, this is fine for small businesses or more individuals.
Maybe I should edit my TOS to make it easier to understand, sorry about that sdgsgse

Hope it's okay to ask here! But thought I'd ask just in case does this rule; "- You can use my design for whatever you want, like for games, for roleplay,... I don't mind that" cover things like commercial use of the design? o': like say if I wanted to make a plushie or stickers of a character you've designed that I own and sell those, would that be alright? o':

Hi, I just asked my friend and was told that if you do it's commercial, and you'll have to share a percentage of the sale with me. Because I have no experience with this, I think I only take 20% of the total amount you sell. Does that sound okay?

That's okay! I would be happy to pay commercial rights for them to you if you wanted that instead too! Obviously I have no plans just yet of using the designs commercially since I wanted to ask first before doing so! But thank you so much for the response and if I do end up making any plushes of them I'll let you know!
