↳ by owning one of my designs you agree & submit to these rules 

• Do not resell a design of mine for more than its original purchase value (which can be found in ownership logs), unless it has additional artwork which may be factored into the worth. 
• I allow light editing/drawing over of my artwork/designs, but as long as it's small changes and nothing drastic such as complete recoloring. 
• If editing a design of mine, please keep the original artwork in the gallery (do not delete it but it may be hidden).
• Do not duplicate a design's profile or create other versions of it. I do not allow co-owns UNLESS they are specificed at time of original and direct purchase.
• Do not claim a design of mine as your own or take heavy inspiration from it. If you have questions about referencing my art, you may always message me first.
• Do not erase/remove/modify my watermark "Knit.e" from the original artwork in any way, shape, or form.

↳ information regarding commissioning me

• I do customs but they are first come, first serve only. I announce openings on bulletins here on Toyhouse OR you may message me directly here and ask. 
• My customs range from base customs to complex refs, an official price sheet will be posted soon.
• I usually ask for payment after I have completed your custom and you have approved it. After payment I will transfer it to your TH.
• If you refuse to pay for an already completed custom or reject it, I may repurpose or resell the design in any way.
• If unhappy with a custom, you are allowed to ask for any changes or additions to the custom of your choice. I allow 1 complete redo per custom.
• Please allow 1-2 week turn around time for your custom. You are welcome to ask for updates at any time.
• I do not refund or "take back" customs, please keep this in mind before agreeing to work with me.
• Regarding regular artwork commissions, I rarely take these. I heavily prefer to do customs.

↳ these rules apply to both adopt artwork and all other artwork I create

• Each adopt I create has its own unique lines (unless it is a base adopt, which is always specified) and has its own unique color palette and design.
• Do not trace my art to create your own adopts.
• Do not heavily reference my artwork and style. By this I mean don't rip my work off to the point where it's mistakable with my art.
• Do not claim my artwork as your own and please properly credit me.
• I only upload my artwork to these sites: ToyHouse, and sometimes Instagram. If you see it anywhere else it is theft or someone posing as me.
• If you have an issue or concern with one of my designs or artworks, please contact me and I will be happy to sort it out with you.

↳ by offering on an adopt of mine you agree & submit to these rules

• I only accept USD through PayPal.
• I accept payment through invoice only, however on rare occasions I may ask you to send in an alternative way.
• If I do not get a response after contacting you within 24h, the adopt will go to someone else.
• I do not refund adopt payments, or any payments in general.
• Please specifiy payment plans in your original comment/bid. My maximum hold time is 1 month or less.
• I may refuse your payment for any reason.
• My adopt auctions are public however I accept private bids through messages.
• After you send me payment for an adopt I will transfer the design to your ToyHouse within 24h.
