By purchasing/obtaining one of my designs, you agree to my TOS and accept that severe violation will result in blacklist and in severe cases possibly having rights to the character revoked and returned to me*

If your account is empty i will ignore your offer
-I dont want to waste my time with scammers or suspicious offers from empty accounts ive never seen
 Do NOT hide or delete designs by me without telling me
-This is to keep track of designs and prevent scams

 Do NOT resell to anyone without a toyhou.se account

Purchasing my designs gives you commercial use of the design, NOT my artwork 
-You may use the design for whatever you want, however if you want to use my artwork for commercial use e.g on merch, we must discuss this and work out either a flat fee or royalties agreement

Do NOT resell designs for more than they're worth. If adding on commission prices + own art worth, have proof
-This is unfair price gouging and intentional deception towards potential buyers 

 MINORS MAY NOT PURCHASE ANY 18+  ADOPTS. 18+ adopts must remain 18+
-Self explanatory, distribution of pornographic material to minors and CP is illegal.


*Character revoking happens under these specific circumstances below and no resolution has been made after contacting the user:
a) The character in question is a minor with 18+artwork and/or  design
b)The character in question is 18+ in nature and is owned by a minor
c) The character in question has been duplicated, resold and distributed multiple times by the owner in an attempt to scam others and make a profit on one design

If I come across circumstances a, b or c listed above I will contact the current owner in an attempt to resolve the issue before taking action, if I am ignored or my request is denied in writing, the character will be revoked and a PSA will be created as a warning to others.

If you do not agree to or respect these terms, do not attempt to obtain my designs.

Buy purchasing or owning my designs you agree to these TOS and there will be NO exceptions.

If you do not like my TOS or cant follow them, DO NOT BUY MY DESIGNS
