GENERAL RULES
By purchasing my services or a particular design of any Intellectual Property I own, you automatically agree to the following terms and conditions.
You'll only have personnal use of the artwork I'll provide you, which means you cannot in any way use the artwork to gain any type of profit. (This point do not stand for my P2U bases).

• I reserve the right not to upload a picture in my gallery.
• You should save any artwork I provide you if you do not want to loose any of it.
• My prices are subject to change, but if you have already paid for your commission/adoptable/custom it will not affect you.
• This document can and will be edited at any time without the need of further notice.
• You're not allowed to trace, edit, heavily reference or re upload my work without my written permission.
• If any rule in this document are not respected by the buyer I will blacklist them and warn other artists.

ADOPTS and CUSTOMS
By purchasing designs from me, you are purchasing my labour and a partial right to the design. I retain ALL copyrights over my work, which include right to redistribute, reproduce or use the image as a sample for sales or self-promotion.

• I claim all rights to the Intellectual Property, but I will not reuse/resell the design again for personal or commercial projects. (Unless it is reclaimed for any reason or I am commissioned to draw it with your permission.)
• I reserve the right to reject sale for any reason.
• I reserve the right to reject your OTA proposal for any reason.
• I reserve the right to modify and resell any rejected/refunded designs to be sold at a later date.
• You may use designs purchased from me for any personal use that you please, including but not limited to icons, signatures, layouts, wallpapers, themes and personal site display.
• The commissioner may upload the work done to their site as long as it is credited and linked back to any of my main galleries.
• You may not claim the work or the Intellectual Property to be your own or set it up for redistribution. You may not use it for any external projects without my permission, commercial or non-commercial.
• You can modify the design of the adoptable/custom as long as the original design is recognisable.

RESALES
This section is in regards to designs or Intellectual Property you have purchased from me and wish to re-home, trade or resell.

• You are allowed to resell designs or customs you purchase from me any time. (This includes any and all closed, open or one-off species.)
• You may resell my designs, customs and adopts received in trades or as gifts at any time.
• You may resell any design or customs at the same price you bought them. (If adittionnal art is provided you can adjust the price accordingly).
• You may use designs purchased from me for any personal use that you please, including but not limited to icons, signatures, layouts, wallpapers, themes and personal site display.
• The commissioner may upload the work done to their site as long as it is credited and linked back to any of my main galleries.
• You may not claim the work or the Intellectual Property to be your own or set it up for redistribution. You may not use it for any external projects without my permission, commercial or non-commercial.

COMMISSIONS
By purchasing art and illustrations from me, you are purchasing my labour and a partial right to the design and art. I retain ALL copyrights over my work, which include right to redistribute, reproduce or use the image as a sample for sales or self-promotion.

• I claim all rights to the art, but I will not reuse/resell the art again for personal or commercial projects. (Unless it is a sample used in self-promotion.)
• I reserve the right to reject sale for any reason.
• I reserve the right to reject your commission proposal without question.
• In case of a time sensitive commission ask for it at least 4 weeks (1month) before the due date.
• You can note me and ask for progress and/or WIPs. I reserve the right to cancel and not refund your commission if you pester me too much.
• I am not responsible for edits, changes or details not mentioned in the commission scope or character's reference.
• You may use art purchased from me for any personal use that you please, including but not limited to icons, signatures, layouts, wallpapers, themes and personal site display.
• The commissioner may upload the work done to their site as long as it is credited and linked back to any of my main galleries.
• You may not claim the work to be your own.
• You may use it for any projects, commercial or non-commercial. (Provided you stated your intent in your commission proposal to use it commercially.)

P2U BASES
This section is in regards to my Pay To Use bases you have purchased from me.

• You may make add-on for non-commercial use only. You're not autorised to include any design from the original base in any add-on you provide.
• You can alter the base to your liking. Franken-dolling is allowed as long as the owner of the other bases allows it too.
• You may upload the work done to your site or gallery as long as the base is credited and linked back to any of my main galleries.
• You may not claim the bases to be your own or set it up for redistribution, commercial or non-commercial.
• You may use them for any projects, commercial and non-commercial use.

PAYMENT
This section is in regards to all payments for my services and labour.

• I do not accept full refunds after I have begun working, however, this is completely up to my sole discretion.
• I only accept upfront payment. You'll have to pay 100% of it before I start it. I can provide you with a sketch before you pay but I will not finish anything until I receive payment.
• Payments must reach me in € (Via Paypal).
• I reserve the right to refund you if I cannot complete your commission in a reasonable timeframe. (This should never, ever happen and never has, but just in case.)
