VEARROC’S DESIGN TOS

Public Blacklist:

(do not harass anyone on here, I simply do not want my designs to be in their possession and that’s it. You will also be blacklisted if your harassing said user)

Design Usage:

1.) My designs do come with commercial rights, just make sure that if you trade the character, you remove the character from anything commercial related!

2.) You are allowed to redesign all you like! Just keep the design somewhat similar to the original and make sure to still credit me as the orginal designer.

3.) You may also make small edits the original artwork! Just be sure to still have me credited and its recognizable. (Please don’t use it for anything other than design edits!)

4.) Color-Picking is 100% ok! just dont heavily reference the orginal design.

5.) DO NOT MAKE A SPECIES OUT OF MY DESIGNS. Closed or Open is not acceptable. You are allowed to create a storybased species however.

6.) You are completely allowed to hide/authorized my designs. It is preferred if my designs weren’t deleted but if they were traded offsite your free to delete the profile ^^

8.) DO NOT USE MY DESIGNS FOR NFTs/CRYPO CURRENCY! [ automatic blacklist ]

The only trading rules are not to sell a design if you got them for free from me. You can add on worth by adding art (personal or commissioned).
Oh and obviously not trading them to blacklisted users too.
