By purchasing or owning any of our designs you are agreeing to our terms and conditions below.

If we find you have broken any of these terms we will contact you to resolve the issue. However, repeat offenders and those we find to have a proven history of infringement will be blacklisted and subsequently banned from any future purchases. This ban may be permanent if we deem it necessary.

➣ PAYMENT . . .

• Upon completion of a bid, we will contact you to arrange payment. If we do not hear back within 24 hours we will withdraw your bid.
• All payment must be paid via Paypal using USD. Please note that refunds will not be available once payment has been received.
• Upon confirmation of payment you will receive the full resolution image of your design. This will be proof of your ownership so please keep it somewhere safe and private.

➣ OWNING A DESIGN . . .

• Our designs may be traded and gifted to other people.
• You may co-own our designs, but we cannot be responsible for disputes. Please co-own responsibly.
• Do not hide or delete our designs from Toyhouse. This is so that we can keep track of who it ends up with.
• You are free to do whatever you please with the design in terms of name, personality, gender and story after purchase.

We do however retain the rights to our designs and if you use any of the designs you obtain to promote discriminatory or hateful ideas such as transphobia, homophobia, racism etc, you will be blacklisted and the design will automatically return to us.

➣ ALTERING A DESIGN . . .

• Minor altercations to a design can be made yourself, however you cannot remove us as the original creators of the design.
• Altering a design by way of minor changes such as color palette, markings or changing hairstyles is permitted. Anything major will have to be negotiated first. Feel free to ask!
  • In the case of anthros, altering a designs clothing style does not require any sort of permission.
• If you wish to alter a design to the point where we believe it longer resembles the original, we may suggest that the design simply be returned to us or sold to another person.

➣ RESELLING A DESIGN . . .

• You cannot sell a design for higher than the original price unless there has been additional art made, this only applies to art that has been explicitly paid for.
  • You may add monetary value to art you have drawn yourself for the design within reason.
• Designs received via trade or gift may only be resold at the price equal to any art bought for the design after being gifted/traded.
