So if you've been following me long enough, you may recognize these as a species I've never 'officially' revealed but have done occasional one-offs of over the years.  I'm not sure how much of a proper reveal this is either, but I felt like designing clothed adopts that weren't melwyrms, remembered these guys, and thought why not!  
I'm not sure if I'll stick with calling them 'featherfok' yet. I know it's pretty generic? But it's also what I've been mentally referring to them as to myself for years (along with featherbutts, but I certainly can't go with that LOL) so I've... grown attached jfkld;safd.  We'll see, I guess, but I'm going with it for the time being.  
These are now called Feathirfolk!  Very creative, I know lol.  But I got too attached to how 'featherfolk' sounded so this is my solution.

About Feathirfolk
Originally the creations of a mighty, winged god who was exceptionally fierce and proud, and who valued strength, honor, and the glory of triumph above all else.  They grew too barbaric, however, devastating all across the land in the name of their creator, and bringing great shame to the God.  So the great deity plucked from them their wings, took away their magic, and cast them down to live as common mortals.

While they still greatly value strength and glory, generations of living and mingling with the common folk has fundamentally changed them as a species into something softer and friendlier.  

The basics:
-they are essentially birds, just without wings or the ability to fly
-very colorful species with typically unnatural hair colors
-love shiny/decorative things, and will often put beads, ribbons, and trinkets in their hair
-physically very strong
-have very little to no magical abilities (any magic they do have comes from human (or other) parents/ancestors)

This species doesn't currently have any trait rarities, although I may introduce some in the future.
