Not first come, first serve
Commissions may not be used for NFTs
Either pay upfront or after I finish the sketch
No refunds as soon as I continue from the sketch
Turnaround around 3 days to 2 weeks; you may ask for updates anytime
Any changes or suggestions no matter how major are allowed to be made once I've sent the finished piece
