(This includes gender, species, markings ,etc!) β‘ You may not alter designs to resemble my fursonas, or other adoptables I've made. This is up to my discretion and will be handled on a case by case basis. β‘Β You may co-own my designs with another person but there may only be ONE profile per character. Do not make extra profiles. β‘ You may not edit / alter / change my artwork without my permission. You may edit references, or adoptables, just please do not edit any actual drawings of the character without asking before hand. (example of what is okay to be edited & example of something that may not be edited without permission.) β‘Β You must ALWAYS credit me for being the creator of design, even if you have made edits or changed the original design.Β β‘Β All designs must stay one character. You may not make βsiblingsβ/twin, or family characters from one of my designs with similar aspects/the same pallet. andΒ you may not sell alt versions of the design.Β β‘Β You may not use my artwork for commercial use. |

The value MUST match what the design was originally sold for, it does not mater the value of the character it was traded for. for more info:Β here β‘Β You may not sell designs by me that were received in as gift. (they may only be regifted, or traded) β‘Β You may not add any additional rules when selling or trading one of my designs. (i.e making someone only resell the design back to you, that they canβt do XYZ with the character, etc) β‘Β You may NOT trade or sell one of my designs to someone who is on my blacklist.Β No exceptions. |

| β‘Β Do NOT bid, or commit to buying if you cannot pay. Retracting bids/failing to make payments will lead to blacklisting. β‘Β you must wait for my okay to send payment. Do NOT send payment without my instruction. β‘Β Payments for designs $250 and under are always required up front within 24-48 hours of purchase. Payment plans for designs may be discussed via dm BEFORE offering, but keep in mind up front offers take priority.Β β‘Β You may not bid on behalf of someone else without asking first and letting me know who you are bidding for. You may not bid on behalf of someone who is blacklisted, this will result in both parties being blocked and blacklisted from further auctions. β‘Β After any charge backs, or other payment complications (that automatically refund the money to your account) I regain the rights to the design, and reserve the right to resell the design. (this even includes if you have commissioned art of it afterwards.) β‘Β Do NOT harass or bother someone who has bought a design or won an auction. If you do not win, and are caught harassing or guilting someone over my designs you will be blacklisted. |

youβre welcome to use a design i created (NOT any of my artwork to clarify) make things on a small scale (ex: a single creator making enamel pins, prints of their art, things like that!)
but if you intend on using the character for commercial purposes for large projects (things that involve multiple parties/teams, animation, etc etc basically anything that generates a lot of profit) that needs to be discussed privately and a fee discussed. :) if you have any questions about specific feels free to dm me!
