my general TOS has been on the ownership page but i figured I'd make a more complete version of it (effective as of september 2022)

ADOPT/DESIGN TOS

• Do not resell a design for more that what you've paid, added commission prices are alright.
• Do not use my designs for commercial use without my permission (I'm mostly ok with it! just please let me know)
• After purchase you're free to change the design as you'd like, but please don't edit my art without asking first.
• Absolutely do not use my designs to promote harmful content (hate speech, lgbtphobia, racism, etc.)
• AU's or different versions of my designs are allowed, but please don't separate them from the original design, they must be sold/traded together.

ART TOS

• Do not claim my art as your own.
• Please do not make merchandise of my work. (personal use such as stickers or other stuff is fine!)
