like I live in the state of parana but rio grande do sul is (literally) below parana on the map imagine if the water fills up so much that it comes here or worse if it joins with the water from the Itaipu dam then it would be even worse.
the biggest flood is happening there, everything is flooded, people have lost their homes, animals, family members and other things, it's a serious and regrettable situation and to think that last year everything was fine....
