The artist (from the original file name I received) is supposedly named "Luz" but I haven't been successful so far in finding who that is. There's a signature on the picture but I can't make out what the name is.
My sister told me that she has seen other people on Gaia Online with characters on this lineart, but with different designs. This suggests to me that perhaps the artist created multiple male human designs using the same lineart/base.
