What MMO/Virtual World game did you like/have you played with when you were younger?
For me, I have a select few that I loved a lot:
Club Penguin: It was my thing, and I was super hooked. I loved playing Club Penguin as a child, and I had a 1 year membership that expired a few days before I stopped playing it back in 2014. It was closed and got replaced by CP Islands last year, but I don't mind CP Islands too much.
Fantage: I used to be super hooked on this game. It was one of the more popular kids MMO's at the time of launch. I've played it between September 2012 and March/April(?) 2013, before I stopped due to loss of interest. I'm so sad that it closed this year.
Shidonni: I don't know if this one counts as an MMO/Virtual World game, but it's a cute virtual pet game where you create your own pets by drawing them, and it has a lot of fun minigames included. It does require premium membership to grant you access to certain features, such as creating as many pets/food/cars/etc. as you want to. It probably closed down circa 2014/2015.
Big little bang/Star86: This is the last one that I want to talk about, but I loved this game the most. It's a music MMO for kids where you socialize, create music, build your own spaceship, and explore planets. It was such an underrated game, but it shut down 4 years ago because it wasn't very popular when it fully launched out of beta.
Honorable mentions go to Animal Jam, Transformice (Probably an MMO, but idk.), WeeWorld, Habbo Hotel, Second Life, Wooz World, and Secret builders. These are other MMO/Virtual World games that I've played when I was younger, but I don't want to make this post VERY long.
Feel free to tell me your childhood MMOs/Virtual World games!
Edit: Oh yeah I forgot that I also played Neopets a lot when I was little. I got very bored from it though.
