They live in China, and people living in China have another rule of adoptable. They usually use QQ(the social media of China). They sell different characters design by different artists together in one group. I use QQ 3 years ago, and when I login in QQ, I found that QQ does not save the message between artists and me, and I also could not find which group sell Nostro, so I could not give you the link or QQ ID of artist.I am really sorry about that.
Besides, I really forgot the value of Nostro because it is long time ago.
