1. Coloring is made by me and the Base was created by @Grimeat, please credit both of us. (←This is IMPORTANT) You can credit me with my DA and with my ToyHouse @Seirykun - Don´t claim the desing as yours.
2. If you are buying them with USD/Real life currency then you are free to do with the characters what you like, either for personal or commercial use. (This only applies if you buy it from me not if you but a resell with real life currency) For this the payment will be via PAYPAL. I will send you message or you can send me a message and there I will give you my paypal, once you send the payment I will give you the unwatermark adopt. If you don´t buy it with USD/real life currency you CAN USE this character for personal use and non profit comics, you CAN NOT USE for commercial or mass production comics. If you have TH let me know and I will send it there to you
3. You can resell/trade/gift this character but if you didn´t bought it with USD/real life currency you can´t sell it for USD/real life currency.
4. Don´t sell it for more money than you have bought it for, unless you add more art to it.
5. Payment must be done between 2 days max, in wich the adopt will be on hold, if you don´t contact me and/or send payment till that time then the adopt will be back on adoption.
6. You can make small changes to the desing, if the markings are too complicated you can simplify it a bit but please do not make big changes to the original design or modify the original art. You can add any scars and decide the sex they will be too! You can give them any accessory and make them anthro.
7. Once you buy them with USD/real life currency you can give them any backstory, use them for your comics, merchandasing, etc. Just don´t use this original art for merchandising (like making stickers, cups and any kind of merchandasing with this base/art).
