I am looking for full-price USD at this time (unless it involves characters by my favorite designers).
I'm currently in a bad financial situation, so for a time being, all characters from Tiers 1 - 3 are available for immediate full resale. (Tier 4 is still a bit tricky, but feel free to ask.)
Tier 3 characters will return to being tentative after this week.
