He's part of a world where dragons and humans have recently started a conflict. His kingdom is far away from the core of the dragon rebellion, but even already some of his subjects have started rebelling against him and the human leader, Kurae. He's able to transform into a fully dragon form to use his powers, but I haven't decided what they will be yet.
