I have some ideas for this- super hyped!

I’d love an OC that’s got a decora kei or visual kei style to them- anything harajuku really! Inkling preferred but any and all species welcomed!

Edit: Finished! I got carried away and made them almost just an inkling so I tried making the mask different and more ‘cuttlefish’ like since that’s what I had in mind!
