*New* Gift An OC Above (HQ Edition)

I have been playing these threads for a long time and really enjoy the surprise and excitement that comes along with it, however the recent HQ Gift Thread currently has an owner that is inactive :c so me and a few other players are going to be running a new thread, so that if anyone breaks the rules, it can be handled and not go unanswered 💖 please remain polite and follow the few rules that we have here while participating in this thread! I hope you all are able to get lovely characters from here and continue to have fun, just like you have in the past with threads of similar nature ^×^

Rules:

💕1. All characters traded must have at least one full-body reference.

💕2. You must wait until 3 people have posted before posting again and you MUST send within 24hours. If you are unable to complete the claim in this timeframe, you will be given a strike. Once a user has obtained 3 strikes, they will be placed on the blacklist

💕3. When you claim, you MUST send the character and complete it before claiming again in the thread. 

💕4. All characters traded must be of a high quality. This means no five-minute designs, nothing made on dollmakers, preferably no bases, but high-quality base-work is allowed. Basically something nice, properly lined and maybe shaded, fully-coloured. Use your discretion.

💕4. If you don't like a character, do not complain about it, you can either decline the character and have your claim skipped or you can just throw it back into the game later on! The exception to this rule is characters you are sent which do not follow the rules, in which case please message the owner of the thread privately so that I can handle the situation. You may contact a mod if I am busy or do not respond within 24 hours.

Please fill in the form when posting to make sure you get what you want. When sending a character to someone, try to follow their form as much as possible - it's okay if you don't have exactly what they are looking for, but sticking to character type and avoiding hard limits should be the goal.

@Zizza5 (Not following rules. Became rude when approached about not sending a character to the user they claimed and refused to do so, said that the other user was harassing them for messaging to get it straightened out.)

Sunnyegg (Not following rules of the character guidelines. Refusal to rectify situation by sending an appropriate character that would be considered high quality)
