Here she is! Her sort of reptillian claws and her horns are her quirk! The claws can shred through just about anything, but they need to be maintained extensively. I'm not sure if this is really the sort of thing you wanted, but I thought this'd be a cool hero concept and design! Plus I love Gold/Black colour designs!
