The amount of people not reading the rules is ridiculous and its quite disheartening that I have to get aggressive about it.
Do not post if you aren't willing to take the time to read the rules. This is a strict thread. I will no longer be lenient toward anyone repeatedly and intentionally breaking rules.
Heavily inspired by AirTime 's awesome thread and taking over while @joyd is on hiatus I figured I would put this back up for people who still have interest in this type of thread.

Gift a Character?
Gifting a character just means to give a character to someone for free. Whether its a character you can't connect with or just can't get rid of, all are accepted here!
What if I don't like the Character I receive?
You can either put it back in or place it in the Freebie Bin if it continues to get passed around on here. You aren't required to keep the character. Regardless of stricter rules, it's still likely that the character you receive may not meet your expectations/wants.
Rules
- Wait until 2 Posts before posting again.
- Do not create Drama on this thread. If someone breaks a rule, please notify me rather than attacking them head on.
- Do not expect to get exactly what you want from this thread. These characters are being given for free.
- Do not give a NSFW or Gorey character to someone who said no to these options on the form.
- Failing to follow these rules will result in a Warning. If you fail to follow another rule, you will be blacklisted. If you wish to get off of the blacklist, PM me.
- Do not give a character to someone with traits they specifically said NO to in the 'Absolutely not' section of the form. They WILL be permitted to request you send a different character and you will be expected to send them something else.
- The following things are not acceptable in the "Absolutely not" section- characters with only 1 piece of art, or only characters with 2 or more pieces of art.. Asking for a character to have multiple pieces of art just doesn't feel fair when the character is being given for free and is of a higher quality then the normal threads. Multiple people have had problems with this so from now on it is not acceptable.
Now that being said you can ask for someone with multiple pieces in anything else you prefer but not in the section - Do not claim just because you want to move the thread along//get a new character. Only claim if you honestly think you have something that fits! It is NORMAL for a thread like this to be stuck for a while. Its to be expected with being stricter!
- The character must be uploaded to your TH in order to be eligible to send. No sta.sh files. Again, this is for everyone's safety and comfort.
- please ping person you claim since we can no longer see blocked users!
- Do not post and immediately hide it once someone claims you. DO NOT DELETE YOUR POSTS.
- You have a 6 hour time limit to send a character over. If you do not, you will be black-listed until the character has been sent. Do not claim unless you have time to send the character. Do not claim again until you have sent a character.
- Pre-made characters only unless someone has ok'd a custom (in which you need to claim and pm the person above for details. This is the only exception to the 6 hour rule. Please do not take more than 2 weeks on a custom. You are NOT permitted to post again until the custom is complete.)
- ABSOLUTELY NO GENERATOR/MAKER CHARACTERS WHATSOEVER unless someone said its ok to send them one. If you send a generator character, the person you sent it to is absolutely permitted to request you send something else. If you can create it by clicking buttons in a flash game, it's not welcome here, sorry for the inconvenience.
- Characters sent must match a minimum of 1 trait that someone has listed as ok (NOT including humanoid/anthro/feral choice)
- IMPORTANT -Fullbody characters ONLY. Characters sent must have at least 1 fullbody (FULL. not 80% not 90%, FULL)image in their gallery.
- Medium + quality characters only. No super cheap shoddily made adopts. You know the kinds im talking about. I'd like to keep this thread focused on more hq designs that people like rather than cheap 5-500 pt adopts that just keep getting traded around. Please note that this price range is merely an estimate. Use your best judgment or contact me.
If the linework is not clean and the character not cleanly colored, you probably should not be sending it here. Examples of this can be seen below.
If the character you wish to send does not MEET or EXCEED the quality shown in at least one of the images (some of them aren't quite as hq as they seem, zoom in on them if needed), DO NOT SEND IT.
That being said do not expect super expensive Super HQ character. These are being given for FREE. - IMPORTANT - It was brought to my attention that someone has been sending characters with nothing but the thumbnail. This is NOT ok, and if I am notified that ANYONE is doing this, you will be expected to send a different character. If you refuse you will be blacklisted immediately. This is something that shouldn't even have to be said, and I'm very disappointed that someone has decided to take advantage of my thread that way :/
- Again, this is a strict thread. If you have an issue with how it's run, please either contact me or go elsewhere.
- DO NOT SEND A CHARACTER WITHOUT PROPER CREDIT!!!! This means that character you send must have both artist and creator credits for any and all pieces of artwork. As well as credit for the creator of the character.
- When it comes to customs, PLEASE NOTE: ACCEPTING A CUSTOM DOESN'T ENSURE QUALITY OF THE DESIGN AND AS SUCH IT MIGHT NOT BE ABLE TO BE PUT BACK INTO THE THREAD.
- YOU MUST HAVE A CHARACTER TO SEND EVEN IF YOU ARE PLANNING TO DO A CUSTOM FOR SOME OR MUST AT LEAST PM THE PERSON BEFORE POSTING TO ENSURE THEY WILL ACCEPT THE CUSTOM BEFORE POSTING.. BEFORE POSTING.. I WANT THAT TO BE VERY CLEAR.

Anyone here is not to participate in this thread. They are not to be harassed. If they post, ignore them and send a character to the person above them.
Please follow the thread rules. I know I talk a lot but it really isnt that hard.
I reserve the right to blacklist you if I see if you do not follow thread rules, especially if thread rules are broken repeatedly. The reason for your blacklisting will be stated beside your name. If you want off the blacklist, talk to me. (passive aggressiveness and rudeness will not be tolerated and will insure that you STAY on the blacklist )
My thread operates by a 2 strike system.
I notify you if you are breaking the rules of the board with proof from the person you claimed.
Ghostlywox sending a character that broke the rules of the thread can be removed by showing me the character they plan to send to ensure it fits the quality and meets the standards of the board.
iiForeverSkyy- Sent a character to Kingstona that was specifically against their absolutely not section and broke multiple thread rules. Blacklisting can be resolved by sending Kingstona a character on their preferences that follows thread rules.
Cheshire-Kitten- Repeatedly sending lq and super cheap characters. I have received complaints from 4 or 5+ different people (a couple have even contacted me multiple times) about this and I believe I even contacted them quite a while ago about it (although I may be mistaken ). May be removed from blacklist if willing to show me the character they wish to send before claiming for quality check for a period of time.
PlasticMishap - Sent kingstona a character that was against their absolutely nots, as well as breaking the fullbody image only rule. May be removed by sending a character that fits the requirements of the board as well as the original requirements of the form they filled out.
@DeadAndRisen- banned for not sending a character within the allotted time limit.
@RandoNerdy for not sending a character and claiming not to know how to after being walked through it.
@PoppingXBOBA for sending a doll maker character and breaking other rules to the board. May be removed by proving they have a character that fits the person they wish to claim.
lillygreeneyes For not sending a character on time after claiming and not replying to messages.
@Skye-Lorre For trying to send a dollmaker as a character and not sending within the allotted amount of time.

Neons, pastels, earthy tones, and I kind-of like monochrome palettes! I love pastel greens and blacks, As well as reds.
Please limit neons alone without black or something (then again I may like them so feel free to check!)

Some things I like in designs are:
Thorns, horns, crystals, claws, tattoos, creepy designs, elegant designs, fantasy designs, elaborate designs, mythological designs, and jazz/rag time/postmodern themed designs. I also like plague themed, fantasy, demon, sci-fi, 1900’s, and fallout designs.

For clothing types I tend to like Post apocalyptic, fantasy(NOT armor), anything slightly formal like suits n such, slightly Arabic designs, anything involving hoods and such, video game looking outfits, and slightly storybook themed outfits.
