herochallenge that's totally fine! sorry hugo does not have a description. he is pretty naive despite being older, and he was sold into the circus as a baby. he's a tight rope walker, but does other tricks on the rope! i don't have it in my refs but if you could add a gold ring onto his tail that would be sick.
I was thinking about drawing your oc hale! I love the colour palette and i tend to be attracted to OCs in need of art. BUT i know hugo is a little complex, so if you want me to do a more complex character to keep it fair, just lemme know.
