+1 i wouldnt use it myself but i could see it being a useful addition for those who have all their ocs hidden
.
If you aren't sure what a key is, here is the copy-pasted text from the key section of our profiles- Generating a key will give you a URL you can give to any user to grant them direct access to the character, overriding any privacy settings. This will let you link a Private character to a friend, or even generate a direct link for an otherwise blocked user. Keys can be destroyed at any time - this lets you give a user temporary access, and multiple keys can be generated for a character, giving you control over who has access to your character and when.
I love this feature, and it makes letting people look through galleries when said character is me-only much easier but... I saw one thing that i though "oh- this isn't a feature?"
Really, that is the ability to generate a key that will let anyone see **all** of your ocs and your profile with said special key. It could be destroyed like other keys, and it could easily be generated like others. I think this feature could be useful, as sometimes i want to take offers on all of my ocs but i don't want to have to select all 171+ oc's to 'public view' then afterwards changing it back to 'authorized only'. It would make said process **much** easier and quicker personally, but at the same time this would be a feature added in when there was free time as i don't see this as an important feature to be added, but it still would be a useful one!
+1 but maybe only for characters that are authorized-only etc, rather than private? or at least an option for that? :’D
i feel like this would be useful for commissions but i have a couple characters (archives/characters to test/store profile templates) that i’d like to still keep hidden!
Yes yes yes, please. I really want to be able to share my hidden characters with friends who don't have TH accounts. Generating access keys for individual characters just isn't practical when you have literally hundreds of them :')

This would be a wonderful alternative!
Authorizing every person you want to see your things is a hassle, and like BlueRocketMouse said, you can't authorize someone who doesn't have an account, so it wouldn't be possible to let offline users see what you want to give them access to.
