AAAA YES I feel this is rather necessary, always scared to start trades first hfjfhf especially with the poor moderation, if I do get scammed nothing will probably be done about it.
why we need it
so you know how you have to transfer an OC for another one, but the other user refused to trade their part and refused to give the OC. How do we solve this, so We need a 2-way trade system?
how it will work
If someone wants to offer their Oc
A character trades to B character on a two-way system, where you don't have to transfer and wait for the other to complete their sid of the trade and might get scammed.
It's on many sites already, but I cannot see why not add it. Thanks for making it more simple, thanks SpiritX. It also means art for art or Oc for art will be allowed.
What about watermarks?
The art will be unless chosen not and will no longer be a watermark once the art trades away.
The watermark will be the toyhouse username in the corner automatically until trade, but you can still see the image well the watermark might be transparent.
What if toyhouse can't afford it
suggest having a fundraiser and maybe have a toyhouse make extra savings account
and let people outside of the toyhouse donate.

My idea would be a proper trading system. Basically you can send a trade request to someone with your oc(s) on one side and theirs on the other.
if accepted by both parties the characters are automatically traded. This also makes it easier to see what a certain oc got traded for when you check the Ownership log! (since some are traded 1:2)
This ties directly into an offer system. Basically when you turn on the trading listing there will be an extra tab on the profile where you can offer your ocs, certain amounts of currency (money, points, amino coins, vouchers) (maybe add a whole folder even, where they can choose from. for examples they are in the offer menu, choose one or more ocs from the folder and you get a notif back with their choice) or art
One reason this would be nice is to make the comments more oc focused instead of offers and also because I always feel bad declining offers with a comment (I'm running out of different ways to tell people nicely that I appreciate their offer but am not interested help)
this would be really useful, especially if you don't know the other user's history of trades! something like pokémon or animal jam's trading system would be cool, and an option that allows people to set a character up for trades would be neat as well :]

this would be so helpful if this was implemented!! i honestly haven't really done any character trades yet because of this - i'm always anxious about the possibility of getting scammed out of a character that i purchased or worked hard to create, just as i'm pretty sure a whole lot of other people are. it'd be awesome to see this feature being brought into the site!
