FranklyAGremlin it seems your payment is on hold, payhip won't send you the file if the payment isn't completed, it seems to be paypal issue, there are 2 options for you
- I can contact paypal and see what went wrong meanwhile you can wait until paypal issue the payment
- I can refund and you can retry again
