I don't plan to reclaim any designs ever. What are your thoughts on reclaiming designs?
Whether it's that they bought the design, got it from a trade, gift, etc. Whether it's that they didn't use the design, broke TOS, were blacklisted, etc. Whether they asked before reclaiming or not. Whether they designed the character, or they or a friend owned it in the past.
Do you think reclaiming designs should ever be allowed, in what circumstances or any? How much ownership should the designer have over the design once it leaves their possession?
