Wilx TOS

Ownership
- All users, excluding staff, may own an unlimited number of non-godly wilx and three godly wilx.
- Staff may own an unlimited number of non-godly wilx, and three godly wilx.
- The owner and co-owner may own a unlimited number of wilx. If they step down from the position and are over the godly-slot limit, they may not adopt any more godly wilx.
- The owner may 'own' NPC/Godly wilx that are able to be used freely by the community. They will be archived as belonging to either the Karavita account or Strinisaur.
-You may not create your own wilx design without permission or without a pre-purchased MYO/Custom slot. People who do not follow this rule will be banned.
- Wilx may not be co-owned by seperate users.
- There are no wilx that are 'granadfathered' in or exempt from this rule.
- Once purchased/adopted, the wilx belongs to the person the design was purchased for.
- this means that if you purchased a design for someone else using your own money; it still belongs to them.
- if you purchase a wilx with your own money, for yourself, it belongs to you.
- You may purchase a wilx for someone else, as long as you provide their DA, Chickensmoothie, Toyhouse or Furaffinity link. Instagram, Twitter and Facebook profile links are not acceptable.


Community and Forums
- Do not harass staff members or fellow community members.
- Rudeness is not tolerated, and will result in a warning. Staff are not excluded from this rule.
- Do not ask to be part of the artist, lore or staff team
- Refrain from mini-modding or spamming outside of spam-specific chats/channels.
- Keep explicit (18+) topics to private messages or specific forum/ chat channels. Within the forums it is required that all 18+ topics are age restricted appropriately. Failure to follow this guideline will result in a species ban and forced removal of your wilx. Specific 18+ questions about the species may be directed to Strinisaur.


Staff Positions & Responsibilities.
- Staff positions open on an as-needed basis.
- Staff may hold the following positions : Permanent Artist, Archivist and Moderator. Lorekeeper is now an exclusive position.
- Staff may hold multiple positions at once.
- Staff are responsible for the following things:
- Keeping Strinisaur updated with adopt sales and archiving
- Helping members of the community solve issues and answering their questions.
- Archivists are responsible for helping Nervartius run the archive account Karavita
- All artists must release at least one free adopt design per month to stay a part of staff.
- Exepctions may be given by Strinisaur, and blanket exeption is granted druing species hiatuses.
- Artists are now only able to be hired after two successful stints as a guest artist or at Owner + Co-owners discretion.


Customs and MYOs
- All staff get a custom slot every two months when they area active and assisting with the species. (6 total custom slots over a year)
- Usable staff slots are listed in the Archive.
- Staff custom slots have no edit limit, and may be used to create even godly wilx with Strinisaur's Permission.
- Staff may sell their custom slot for points or money. The minimum end price $10 USD.
- All Staff Custom Slot wilx must be approved by Strinisaur or R9DH3
- MYO Wilx will be available during events and in the future.
- MYO slots are available per. request from Strinisaur


Selling and Gifting
- The Staff must be notified of all ownership transfers. Please find your wilx in the archival Devitant acct Karavita and post the change there.
- If you do not personally have a DA Account, please message Strinisaur for Archival Changes.
- Wilx may only be resold if they were purchased.
- Wilx can only be sold for their original price. Any price additions should only come from art value.
Exceptions include :
- CS Wilx (all CS wilx were free adopts, and are unable to be exchanged for any currency)
- Free adopt Wilx (Free adopts are free, and are unable to be exchanged for any currency)
- If you are unsure about the price you should sell your wilx for, please PM Strinisaur for price help
- Wilx may only be sold for real currencies and DA points as of this time.
- They may be traded for another species design or character design of equal value.
- Wilx may be gifted and traded freely as long as the participants post on the ownership reply thread for the wilx under Karavita.


Design and Edit changes
- Your wilx may be revamped (within limits) if it meets any of the following:
- is over 2 years old and is a design approved for revamping (revamp approval is noted in the archive Karavita )
- is a custom/MYO that has not been bred, or been sold/traded/gifted.
- You have permission from the original artist to change a small part of the design
- The design is too similar to another design within the species, and it becomes a problem.
- The design is a direct rip of a Copyrighted character, or has too many traits that identify it as one.
- A user may not change the Class of their wilx without permission from Strinisaur
- Items may be added freely by the wilx owner, and edits may be manipulated to work with the items.
- Edit changes are not allowed, unless explicit permission from the designer and Strinisaur is given.
- You may request small revamps of custom & MYO wilx from Strinisaur on a case-by-case basis.


Design Transferring (out or into species)
- Design transfers into wilx are only possible via a Custom slot or MYO slot; and with permission from the owner.
- You must get permission from the original designer to transfer the design onto a wilx.
- Designs made for wilx may only be transferred out if they meet any three of the following criteria points
- You have permission form the original artist & the Org. Artist's TOS allows design transfers
- The design has never been bred
- The design was created by you as a MYO
- There is some sort of dispute in the community, and you wish to leave permanently.
- You have been banned from the community, and have permission from the species creator (Strinisaur) to transfer specific designs out.




Other
- Your Wilx can be your fursona, however you may not revamp them like you would with a fursona.
- OTA wilx may have a minimum starting price if needed
- All Alternate Universes/ Side universes are canon within Wilx Lore, and it is encouraged for you to develop your wilx differently depending on the AU!
