trades
- I will only accept trade offers on characters that have been indicated as up for trade on Arlatius. This includes characters in my trade folder, as well as these characters. I will tentatively entertain offers on characters in this folder.
- Most trades will have a suggested price, but this is just a suggestion. Unless indicated otherwise, all characters up for trade will be up for offer.
- Please message me on my main account to make an offor for a character. In your message please link to the character that you want to adopt and make your offer.
- If I don't respond in over two weeks, please assume didn't get your message and resend the offer!
Retrading
- For characters designed by me (Arlatius), characters may be retraded and gifted at any time for any reason. You do not need to inform me first.

You may only resell characters designed by me if:
- It is a character you bought using currency. In this case, please do not sell the character for any more than you paid for it.
- You have drawn/commissioned/recieved additional art. In this case, please sell the character for no more than the sum total value of the additional art.
- If you are reselling a character, I would appreciate if you informed me first!
- For characters that I am retrading, please see the character permissions in the ownership tab.
Use | monetization
- Please do not monetize the adopted character directly. For example, do not create merch that will be sold for currency with the character on it.
- If you would like to monetize this character, you must speak to me about it first.
- You may use this character in any project, such as a comic, animation, etc.
- You may not use this character in any offensive way. This character may not be used to promote problematic content or bigotry, including but not limited to: zionism, nazi ideology, MAGA, racism, homophobia, transphobia, pedophilia, incest, etc.
- Characters may be used to portray these things in a negative light, such as having them face them, but characters can not be used to romanticize or normalize any of these topics.
Redesigning
- You may redesign the character in any way you'd like.
- If you redesign the character you must keep the original picture attatched to the adopt on the profile.
Revocation
- I reserve the right to revoke a character if you break these T.O.S.
