~Red Beasts~
Red beasts live in tribes or groups in a more traditional lifestyle that involves hunting and gathering. They often craft their own clothes, weapons etc.
Specific to this race are marker beads utilized to identify each other more easily, especailly strangers coming to visit from other tribes. Some groups are nomadic, many are not.
A lot of their traditional styled clothing utilizes repeating patterns symbolizing a steadiness in their tradition, and how one can always see the same cycles in the seasons throughout the year. To them, life is a cycle that is repetitive but also unique and valuable.

-Appearance similar to bear+fox.
-Heightened senses. (Hearing, sense of smell.)
-Children are born with very stubby bear like tails. By the age of 5 the tail should be longer.
-They do not move around in cold, sleep more, similar to hibernation but not quite.
-The ears are on the side of the head.
-The face is more animal like. mouth and nose protrude subtly forward in a muzzle-like fashion.
Depends on the person, some can have a very human face.
-Noses are bear-like, and have black pigment.
-Males generally have longer fuller tails, females tend to have shorter more slender tails. This can be reversed for both in some cases. It is possible for males to have short tails, and females to have long tails.
-A defect is the bob tail, not common, but present in many.
-Females may have straight ears, males have curving ears. Possible for both sexes.
-Nails are much stronger than human nails, claw-like, tougher. Present in both sexes, on hands and feet.
-Most members have red hair and eyes. Brown/Orange hair and Brown/orange eyes are recessive genes, valued by most as they find it charming.
-The sclera of a full beast's eyes are a faint or dark yellow, not white.
-Freckles or patterns in the skin pigments are common in full beasts, like dark rings around arms or legs. Like striped socks.
-Live in warmer climates, and do not handle the cold well.
-Tend to be somewhat muscular, and taller than humans, sometimes bulky.
~Red Half Beast~
(Red and Tasky fall under this category.)
-Human face
-Smaller ears compared to the full beast, usually straight and short or drop down.
-Lacking in claws
-White sclera
-Smaller duller fangs
-Heightened sense compared to humans, but not as strong as a beast
-May or may not be taller than humans
-Uncomfortable in cool/cold areas
GENETICS:
-Currently only applies to Red Beasts-
Blue eye color is strictly specific to the human race only.
Red eye color is strictly specific to certain beast races.
Half beasts may acquire the blue color from the human parent, assuming the human parent has blue eyes.
The eye color of the beast race, for a half beast, is a recessive gene.
The half beast usually inherits the eye color of the human parent.
To inherit the hair color of the human parent is uncommon. Most half-beasts are born with the hair color of the beast parent, but it is a thing.

~Snowy Beast~
Much like Red Beasts, Snowy beasts live a lifestyle consisting of hunting and gathering, crafting etc. But they are a bit more of a nomadic race. They live up in the mountains where it snows. They often have long flowing hair for warmth, and dress for the weather. They are used to cold climates, but very difficult to find.
They are considered a rarity and not frequently seen in areas near Wendell as slaves because they are so far into the mountains away from the area. But there is one man who owns a Snowy Half-Beast in Wendell.
-Wolf like face
-Tall ears at the top of the head
-Tend to have more hair on their head, usually long, don't usually cut it.
-Hair is grey, white, or silver. Black is a recessive gene.
-Eyes are usually gold or green. Red is a recessive gene.
-Heightened senses (hearing, sight, smell, etc.)
-Tolerance to cold weather
-Uncomfortable in hot areas
-Claws, stronger than human nails
-Physically stronger than humans
-Tend to be thin and tall, they come off as "elegant"
-Swift, less bulky than bear-like Red beasts
-Difficult to be found by humans, as they live in areas with cold weather, usually snowy or windy places up in the mountains so humans can't reach them.

-Smaller fangs than beast, but still sharp
