so i figure i should make a beware after finding out they have ghosted someone else on payment for adopts they see on the trade listing and ghosting them for about over a week with no explanation as to why they haven't sent payment other than saying they have been busy.
over a week ago they offered $50 on an adopt i had put up on the trade listings
after i accepted their offer and sent them my paypal link to pay, they never sent payment.
i waited 2 days before msging them again asking them if they were still interested since they never sent payment and they said they were !
again, they didnt send payment.

i saw them offering over $100 on other people's adopts while they still have not sent the payment for mine so i msg'd them again
(btw they didnt send this person the payment either and the person sold the character to someone else)
basically a very vague answer/explanation and STILL had not sent payment so i ended up putting the character back up for offers and letting them know
to which they never responded.
recently i found out they had ghosted ANOTHER person on payment so that's what made me feel i should let other's know so they can be weary of them

here this person got ghosted on payment on a custom tht was part
of a closed species ( mignyans ) to where they had to let one
of the mods know just in case nyu tried to get the mignyan approved anyways
even though they never sent the payment
and a person who would like to remain anon wanted to add that even after this
nyu was still actively offering on high priced designs (they offered on a design they had for sale for $110)
though a bit after they sent me this screenshot nyu has made a bulletin saying they are taking a break to better themselves
(edit: which they haven't and still continue to make the same mistakes, please just be weary when accepting their offers as they still haven't proven themselves to be trustworthy with money)

Ahh I remember you giving me a heads up on them, they indeed didn't fulfill the ab they made on my adopt either. If you would like more proof/testimony I can privde some screenshots vfrom my end too, thankfully I wasn't in dire need of money then but it sucks they ghosted so many people ://

i'm very sorry to necro such an old thread, but i wanted to make people aware that they are still demonstrating the behavior described in this PSA despite apparently claiming to have worked on themselves.
in october, they offered full resale ($600) for a character i had up for offers in a CS server. i initially didn't recognize them due to the username change, so i agreed and set up an invoice for them to pay at their leisure. they sent $85 to me two days later, and then nothing until I contacted them after a month. they said it had been a "wild month" and said they would send more money on the 1st of december.
they did not, and were silent until i asked them if they were still interested in buying the character about 3 weeks later. they once again said they were, but that they couldn't pay at the moment.
about a month and a half passed with no communication from them, and eventually i figured that this wasn't going to end anytime soon and told them i was going to put the character back up for offers and send them the $85 back. i did so, making this the end of my interactions with them. i wasn't checking so i can't say if they were offering on other designs during this time.
HOWEVER, a friend of mine recently told me that they were strung along for 3 months by this person; MilkyMiso initially contacted them about a $200+ CS custom, then proceeded to change the nature of the comm multiple times because they kept trading away the characters / slots that they wanted to get art of without thinking to contact the artist about it.
my friend re-sent the invoice for the comm about 3 times because they kept changing their mind / getting rid of the characters, and MilkyMiso never paid. eventually, my friend cut it off.
Sorry for necroing but Milky just did this to me as well. offered $250USD for an adoptable to help make an over-due bill. They put me in a really horrific place by stringing me along, I did not sleep at all last night and had a panic attack. I've been around the block a few times and been Ghosted before so I caught on to this one quickly but not quickly enough. I've managed to make the money I needed for the bill but it's put me in a really dire spot. Under no circumstances should anyone trust this person at their word.

I deleted the images from the chat, but they were images of the adoptable; thankfully it a very small CS so all I have to do is put a bulletin out to the group and Milky won't be able to sell there and likely no one in the group will fall for her shit. Going to pass this along to the leaders of all the mutual servers and toast their miso.
