YVVO Free MYO double event!
What are YVVOs?
The YVVOs are a two years old universe, closed species, and ARPG in progress, with a ton of lore, free resources, and even two videogames!
Prepare to dive into a world of fantasy and scifi with a tint of realism. What will seduce you more between the brave and bold Yevatem, the calm and respected Velilyevatem, the strong and conquerors Varveleilem, or the undefeated and feared Oyevatem? Perhaps you'll prefer to browse their fully developped language, their culture, their pets and mounts, or their touching story.
Dive into a world populated by indigenous creatures living among the remains and ruins of their deified ancestors, and hear what they have to say.

How to enter (FREE MYO)
Requirements
- You must be a member of the Deviantart YVVO group or the Toyhouse world!
- You need to share this journal with a bulletin to spread the world!
- Drop a comment with a link to your bulletin in the comments
- Draw a design and submit it for approval by contacting Yoka, or in our discord server
What can you do
- FTO (first time owners) can create one free Yevat design
- Members who already own at least one YVVO can create one free Yevat design, or one free Velilyevat design.
- Moderators, admins, full-time guest artists, and people who own 10 or more YVVOs can create one free Yevat design, or one free Velilyevat design, or one free Varveleil design.
Details
You have one month to make a free design, from July 1st to July 31th. You can only make 1 design, no more. This journal will be posted to other places such as Deviantart, you are not allowed to enter twice. Your design must be fullbody, clean and colored. Blurry sketches and unfinished designs won't be approved. Your design will only be added to the masterlist if you complete a design in time. Otherwise, the slot will expire at the end of the month. Oyevatem are locked. You can check the pages "Make your own" and "Species resources" to find everything you need to create a design! You are allowed to commission an artist to create a design for you, or to use one of our bases (You can find the bases in the species resources pages.) (People who can create a Varveleil can also request the lines from the Varveleil reference sheet for free by asking Yoka.) Yoka values your art. Once designed, you'll be allowed to resell your design if you don't like it anymore. However, there will be a cooldown before you can sell the design, to avoid people entering only for this.
Can I get unique trait(s)? (Optional)
A unique trait is a trait that does not appear in the anatomy reference sheets neither on the traits reference sheets. Every Bothean species can have a unique trait and it can be different for all of them. For exemple, having glass-like horns is a normal trait for Varveleilem, but it'll be a unique trait for a Yevat. Read more on this unique trait and powers guide!
You can unlock these:
- Join our discord server! (+1 Unique trait for your design)
- Share this event as well on another of your social medias (no other discord servers since I can't check) (Only once) (+1 Unique trait for your design)
- Tell me what's your favorite deity (+1 Unique power for your design)
These unique traits and power can only be used with this free MYO. If you don't use them for this MYO, they'll be voided.
How long do I have to design my character?
The event lasts one month. From the day this journal is posted (July 1) to July 31, 11PM, Paris time. Over this time, any submission will be declined. If you draw fast, feel free to advertise your customs/commissions in the discord server! You are not an artist but want a YVVO? You can claim a slot here, then pay an artist to create a design for you. For any commissioned design, you'll be able to ask for a longer time, but only 2 additional weeks will be granted (up to August 15.) The artist you commission needs to be aware of this limit. If your design needs an update (for example, if you added a bellybutton and it needs to be removed), you'll get one week extention for every detail you have to fix. If you enter during the last week of the event, you'll be able to ask for another week extension (up to August 7.)
How can my design be approved?
You madea design you love? Great! It just need to be approved to be official!
To have your design officially approved, you must reach Yoka in any way: Send a PM, note the Yevat group on deviantart, or join the discord server, with your design.
No new or empty account will be accepted (to avoid cheating.)
Please DO NOT post/submit your design to Deviantart, Toyhouse, or other websites until it's approved! WIPs and designs are only allowed on our discord server, where you can ask for tips and pre-approval.
Prepare to fight (second event)
Monthly prompt
The event also comes with a monthly prompt: Prepare to fight! (inspired by Artfight.) It's simple: draw a Rokyevat form or attack people, and claim Yevatokens! (It is optional and there's no obligation to draw your Yevat or Velilyevat's Rokyevat form to enter the MYO event.)
The prompt:
- Draw or write about the Rokyevat form of a Yevat or Velilyevat you own: +5 Yevatokens (only once)
- Design the Rokyevat form of a Yevat or Velilyevat you own if it's not designed yet: +10 Yevatokens(only once)
- Attack: Draw or write something featuring someone's YVVO! (gift) +5 Yevatokens for you only. (You can attack up to 5 times max.)
- Defense: If you draw or write back for someone who made a gift for you, you can add +5 Yevatokens for both of you! (so a total of +10 (the attack + the defense)) (You can defend yourself up to 5 times max.)
For example: A attacks B, and get 5 Y for this attack. B attacks A back and get 5 Y+ 5 Y, and A gets the extra 5 Y as well, so in total, both got +10 Yevatokens in the end. It can't be cumulated! (No defense to a defense.)
