Aaa cool! My friend and I were brainstorming an adopt species we called nekomancers a few years ago! 💖
They were kitty-based, and they had hats too! But not necessarily witch hats (at least I think it was hats--maybe it was just enchanted items and example I made was hats? 🤔 Anyway.)
