Auratails are an exotic humanoid species, once hunted and prized as "jewelry" by a race of giants. Since then they have gained their independence, though the threat still looms. Among Auratails, there exists three subspecies; the Night Carriers, Day Carriers, and the ever elusive Twilights.

Each carries their respective aura in their glass tails. This aura also serves as their lifeblood, and they can only die if all the aura is drained from their body. This means they can live for hundreds of years. They can also conjure a wide variety of crystalline objects and weapons- both for leisure and self defence.

September 2022: FTO Free MYO Event (CLOSED)!

Hello everyone! ∠( ᐛ 」∠)＿ This month marks Auratail's 3rd Year Anniversary, and to commemorate the occasion we've decided to host a free FTO (First Time Owners) MYO event! If you already own an Auratail, don't worry- there's extra traits to be won! Keep in mind that the MYO approval process is done via our Discord, so you'll need a discord account to participate!

For a visual guide on how to design your Auratail, please check the basic guide below as well as the Rarity Chart. The limit is Common rarity, and Mutations are not allowed for this event. We look forward to seeing what you all come up with. ´ ▽ ` )ﾉ

For New Owners:

1] Share this event on site.
2] Leave a comment below with the link to your shared post + which  1 Anniversary Trait you'd like from the list below.
3] Wait for your comment to be approved. And that's it! You've successfully claimed a common MYO Slot + Anniversary trait!

4] (optional), Want more traits? FTOs can get up to a total of 4! Follow the instructions below to participate! (Keep in mind that you must first complete your MYO before earning extra traits!)

Getting More Traits:

The traits listed below come around just once a year, and are only obtainable during this event! Previous Auratail owners can earn up to a total of 8 extra traits, while FTOs can earn up to a total of 4 (with the first being free)! To earn extra traits, hop on our Discord and navigate to the #anniversary-event channel. From there, simply follow the instructions. Users can choose to either write or draw the mods Auratails to earn extra traits!

-] "Metal Horns"(Gems/bones/summons can now become metal! Gold? Platinum? Lead? Everything is fair game!)
-] "Rainbow Summon" (Despite the Auratail's gem type, their summon can now appear rainbow!)
-] "Unusual Skintone" (Give your Auratail the ability to have skin color outside the human variety!)
-] "Extra Large Summon" (Expand your Auratail's summon from the set refrigerator size, up to the size of a large truck!)
