The YVVOs are a four years old universe, closed species, and ARPG in progress, with a ton of lore, free resources, and even two videogames!
Prepare to dive into a world of fantasy and scifi with a tint of realism. What will seduce you more between the brave and bold Yevatem, the calm and respected Velilyevatem, the strong and conquerors Varveleilem, or the undefeated and feared Oyevatem? Perhaps you'll prefer to browse their fully developped language, their culture, their free pets and mounts, or their touching story.
Dive into a world populated by indigenous creatures living among the remains and ruins of their deified ancestors, and hear what they have to say.

Requirements:
- You must be a member of the Yevat group or the Toyhouse world!
- You need to share this post in a bulletin to spread the world! (don't delete it as soon as you have your MYO, it'll be checked when you submit your design!)
- Drop a comment with a link to your journal/poll/status in the comment section
- Draw a design and submit it for approval in a sta.sh then note the group, or submit it in our discord server
What can you do:
- FTO (first time owners) can create one free Yevat design
- If you already own a Yevat, you can create a Yevat, or a Velilyevat
- If you already own a Velilyevat, you can create a Yevat, a Velilyevat, or a Varveleil
Details
- You have one month to make a free design (during all August)
- You can only make 1 design. This journal will be posted to other places such as Toyhouse, you are not allowed to enter twice.
- Your design must be fullbody and colored. Blurry sketches and unfinished designs won't be approved.
- Your design will only be added to the masterlist if you complete a design in time. Otherwise, the slot will expire at the end of the month (these MYO aren't added to the masterlist)
- Oyevatem are locked.
- You are allowed to commission an artist to create a design for you, or to use one of our bases
- Yoka values your art. Once designed, you'll be allowed to resell your design if you don't like it anymore. However, there will be a cooldown before you can sell the design, to avoid people entering only for this.

A unique trait is a trait that does not appear in the anatomy reference sheets neither on the traits reference sheets. Every Bothean species can have unique traits and it can be different for all of them. For exemple, having glass-like horns is a normal trait for Varveleilem, but it'll be a unique trait for a Yevat.

You can unlock these:
- Join our discord! (+1 Unique trait for your design)
- Share this event as well on another of your social medias (no other discord servers since I can't check) (Only once) (+1 Unique trait for your design)
- Tell me which free playable character you think that you'll add to your stories! (+1 Unique power for your design)
- Tell me a line about your character's backstory if you already have ideas! You can get help with this roleplay and story ideas page (+1 Unique power for your design)
These unique traits and powers can only be used with this free MYO. If you don't use them for this MYO event, they'll be voided.

Interested in becoming a temporary guest artist? You can also request one free MYO for each design you complete, if you join before August 6th HERE (or on discord)
The event lasts one month. From the day this journal is posted (August 1) to August 31th, 11PM, Paris time. Over this time, any submission will be declined. You will have August to design your character.
Extra time can always be granted if WIPs are shown. No more than another full month will be granted this way, however.
If you draw fast, feel free to advertise your customs/commissions in the discord server!
You are not an artist but want a YVVO? You can claim a slot here, then pay an artist to create a design for you. For any commissioned design, you'll be able to ask for a longer time, but only 1 additional month will be granted. The artist you commission needs to be aware of this limit.
If your design needs an update (for example, if you added a bellybutton and it needs to be removed), you'll get one week extention for every detail you have to fix.
If you enter during the last week of the event, you'll be able to ask for another week extension (up to August 7.)
You made a design you love? Great! It just need to be approved to be official!
To have your design officially approved, you must reach @YokaMycelium in any way: chat, @Yevat group notes, or discord server, with your design.
Please DO NOT post/submit your design to Deviantart, Toyhouse, or other websites until it's approved! WIPs and designs are only allowed on our discord server, where you can ask for tips and pre-approval.

- I didn't want to have to involve characters outside of the story but I really can think of something very silly to do with Jen haha. What more cliché than having a character fall into the water from exhaustion from hours of flying and then being rescued on a boat? Probably many more but I'm a pro-shiper and I can't pass up this opportunity.

- as a bg idea I often use mistreatened creatures and similar because I love sad stories (sorry <3) so probably I’ll make something that an abandoned child or someone that for some sakes is different and it was isolated or similar. Maybe I’ll change my mind with the design but let's see XD and I’ll probably connect it with the other yevat I have~

Demegyora (my OC) is a meek girl. Since she was young, her parents passed away in a natural disaster, leaving her in the care of her aunt. That woman didn't mistreat her but neglected her. She leaves that little girl all on her own. When Demegyora grew up, she had a strange mental disorder. Every night she dreamt about a boy named Kriesh, who'd come and bring her to Utopia. She developed an obsession with him and started to collect books, images, and newspapers about any man named Kriesh. Demegyora stalked them, annoying them. She tried aimlessly to find the one who'd free her from this world.
One day, the 4th Kriesh she met, a drunk guy, unintentionally pushed her off the bridge for annoying him. She fell to the hard ground and got her legs broken, along with several serious injuries. After he saw what he just did; that man fled away. Demegyora can only scream for help. Luckily, Mythan, who was skyviewing nearby, heard her voice and reached her in time. They have been friends since then. She, the meek girl, learned a lot from her savior. She asked to see their trinket collection and admire them for their leadership skills. Demegyora gave up on chasing unreal legends to focus on her own dream—to become a leader just like Mythan. She practiced a lot to be confident and strong, like the present.
