Varveleil + Thunderbird
What are YVVOs?
The YVVOs are a four years old universe, closed species, and ARPG in progress, with a ton of lore, free resources, and even a videogame!
> The Varveleilem are a species of tall pterosaur-like dragons that can breathe either fire or acid, and are powerful sentient beasts. Read more about them and access their full reference sheet on their website page!
> Truumveltayem (often called "thunderbirds") are a rare Varveleil subspecies. If most of their traits are similar to their huge dragon cousins, the Thunderbirds are much smaller, and their wings are much longer in proportion. They owe their name to the sound they produce in flight: they mastered the art of flying and, when descending on their preys like gannets on fishes, they can reach a speed as fast as to break the sound barrier for a few seconds, generating a sonic boom that can be heard on miles. How to enter? (free)
Requirements:
- You must be a member of the Yevat world! If you prefer to enter on Deviantart instead, check this post ~ (incoming)
- You need to share this post to spread the world! Bulletins will work, but don't delete it as soon as you have your MYO, it'll be checked when you submit your design!
- Drop a comment with a link to your journal/poll/status in the comment section
- Draw a design and submit it for approval in a sta.sh then note the world, or submit it in our discord server
What you can do:
- You can make either a Varveleil or a Truumveltay, regardless if you're a FTO or not!
Details
- You have one month and two weeks to make a free design (end of November + December)
- You can only make 1 design, no more. This journal will be posted to other places such as Deviantart, you are not allowed to enter twice.
- Your design must be fullbody and colored. Sketches are ok if the traits are recognizable
- Your design will only be added to the masterlist if you complete a design in time. Otherwise, the slot will expire at the end of the month (these MYO aren't added to the masterlist)
- You are allowed to commission an artist to create a design for you, or to use one of our bases
- Yoka values your art. Once designed, you'll be allowed to resell your design if you don't like it anymore. However, there will be a cooldown before you can sell the design, to avoid people entering only for this.

Can I get unique trait(s)? (Optional)
A unique trait is a trait that does not appear in the anatomy reference sheets neither on the traits reference sheets. Every Bothean species can have unique traits and it can be different for all of them. For exemple, having glass-like horns is a normal trait for Varveleilem, but it'll be a unique trait for a Yevat.

- Share this event as well on another of your social medias (no other discord servers since I can't check) (Only once) (+1 Unique trait for your design)
- Tell me which free playable character you think that you'll add to your stories! (+1 Unique power for your design)
- Tell me a line about your character's backstory if you already have ideas! You can get help with this roleplay and story ideas page (+1 Unique power for your design)
These unique traits and powers can only be used with this free MYO. If you don't use them for this MYO event, they'll be voided.

How long do I have to design my character?
The event lasts one month plus twoo weeks. From the day this journal is posted (Nov 15) to December 31th, 11PM, Paris time. Over this time, any submission will be declined. You will have August to design your character.
Extra time can always be granted if WIPs are shown. No more than another full month will be granted this way, however.
If you draw fast, feel free to advertise your customs/commissions in the discord server!
You are not an artist but want a YVVO? You can claim a slot here, then pay an artist to create a design for you. For any commissioned design, you'll be able to ask for a longer time, but only 1 additional month will be granted. The artist you commission needs to be aware of this limit.
If your design needs an update (for example, if you added a bellybutton and it needs to be removed), you'll get one week extention for every detail you have to fix.
If you enter during the last week of the event, you'll be able to ask for another week extension (up to August 7.)
How can my design be approved?
You made a design you love? Great! It just need to be approved to be official!
To have your design officially approved, you must reach Yoka in any way: chat, TH world, or discord server, with your design.
Please DO NOT post/submit your design to Deviantart, Toyhouse, or other websites until it's approved! WIPs and unapproved designs are only allowed on our discord server, where you can ask for tips and pre-approval.

- kinda love the koi child, might utilise him in part of my story (I like the idea of him making friends with my eventual Varv/Truum mayhaps)
- I have some ideas already! one follows on from above ^ maybe my varv/truum crash landed by happenstance a night before near a flower field of some sort and Koi child happens upon them? then boom unlikely friends (bc I love a wholesome Idea) OR possibly a backstory idea with my varv/truum being something of an ever roaming one, never seems to settle and on a quest to find the right home for them that they can't seem to find so far.

The bulletin as promised!
-Joined the discord
-For the playable characters i had ideas between The Maze Jumper, Mythan and Fey. The mystery and clouded origin gives a perfect setting for myth/legend searching, and with the other two i can think up pretty great wholesome scenes with interactions either with other NPCs or my own characters.
-I went over a few ideas for the Var, and hoarding mixed with exploring, or mysterious sighting sound like pretty great things to base the story and design off of, but i'll see what i'll end up with.
