Regular Caroudoll MYO slots are open until the 28th!
They will always be free but only available in events from the 28th onwards.

Other rarities are not open rn, but you can join the group and the Discord server to be updated on events, claim an myo etc!

Also is the "no base usage" still a rule?

And yes you can use a base if you're allowed to edit it or if its your own! its just because some base makers dont allow bit edits or use for CS C:
