Hello! I was given permission by AngelOShadows to take over the new unfilled claims spreadsheet. ^^

Since there are so many threads floating around, it's not surprising that there's a lot of claims that go unfilled. This thread was made for the purpose of filling those unfilled claims!

• If you don't list the claim date in number format (Example MM/DD/YYYY) you will be skipped. 
  • If skipped repost your claim with the corrected date format. (As I don't look at older comments after I post "Everything is up to date")
• You will not be added if you, yourself, haven't filled the claim you yourself have
• You will not be added if you are known not to fill claims
• You will not be added if the claim hasn't reached its overdue date. Please wait at least 2 weeks past the original thread's due date before using this thread. 
  • 24-hour threads, if the account has been closed, or if you've been skipped over are the exceptions to this.
• This thread is only for unfilled claims, not dead threads. You will not be added if you weren't claimed and were the last poster in that thread. 
• If you're volunteering art, please try to take a maximum of 2 weeks to fill the claim. If you believe you will take longer than that, mention it somewhere, if you don't I will remove you from the Already Claimed section of the spreadsheet.
• Do not take more than 3 claims at a time
• Do not make multiple posts one after another for either filling claims or for filing for unfilled claims. Post them in either 1 large post, edit your original post and PM the claimee, or wait for other people to post between you.
  • In the event I updated the thread and you see a new "Everything is up to date" post you can repost that you finished your claim instead of editing your old one.
  • When reposting your finished art please say the number it is in the "Already Claimed" section of the spreadsheet. This helps me know which claim you finished.
• After updating the Spreadsheet I will make a post saying "Everything is up to date". If you see this you can assume all previous comments have been checked and added to the spreadsheet. Do not edit older comments past my comment as I won't see the edits add them into the spreadsheet.
• When adding an unfilled claim make sure to link the post you made that went unclaimed and not just the top of the thread. (To do this, click on the link icon on the lower corner of your comment to get the link to your post.)
  • This is to help volunteers and myself know what claim it is in the case of the username changes and also makes things easier for volunteers to find the claim they're filling.
• If the claim was filled improperly, please PM me regarding the situation & we will decide from there if I will add you or not!
  • This is to prevent people from trying to double up on art from a single claim.

If at any time you feel that I have stopped moderating the thread, and I am not responding to PMs, you are more than welcome to remake this thread. As of right now I am not looking for volunteers, but that will most likely change in the future.
